Bistrot Bagatelle enters the new season with a bang, introducing a revamped menu to complement its new look, upgraded signature events, and haute nightlife experience that keeps Dubai’s ‘who’s who’ coming back for more. While the venue receives a facelift over the hot summer months, head chef Timothy Newton was busy in the kitchen beefing up the menu to offer something new, while keeping its popular dishes on the roster. Inspired by French classics with Bagatelle’s own twist, the result are dishes that excite all senses.

You can expect super fresh ingredients, deep flavors, and quality products.” – Chef Timothy Newton, Executive Chef Among the newbies are melt in your mouth pasta and tender meat selections including the Ravioli de Boeuf Aux Fromages, Pétales d’Endives au Bleu and Poulet Sauce Chasseur. Each dish has been meticulously created by Chef Tim and the team to balance flavors as you savor every mouthful. Vegetarian food lovers will also get to enjoy their version of Maïs Fumée et Buratta Tortellini made with fresh ingredients and aromatic spices. Bagatelle favorites haven’t been left out and are there to complete the culinary orchestra. Truffle addicts will still get a healthy serving of the delicious Poulet Rôti à la Truffle Noire and the iconic Pizza à la Truffle Noire, while seafood fans can continue to relish the succulent Linguini au Homard Epicé with whole Josper Roasted Spicy Lobster. The new menu promises to deliver what everyone loves about Bistrot Bagatelle and more. It aims to romance you to a night of all things French – from great food and a phenomenal nightlife experience at Dubai’s favorite dining destination.
