As part of its strategy to build partnerships with other sectors, and being part of Spinneys Group, Happy launched a cobranded loyalty card with Careem, the leading private taxi booking application, at an event held at Happy Hazmieh branch on Monday 20th of May, bringing together Careem captains along with Happy and Careem team members.
Captains were introduced to Happy’s loyalty program, which offers a modern and economical shopping concept that is unique in Lebanon and allows shoppers to benefit of high quality goods at reasonable prices. The store imports exclusive international products from Europe and the US, and competes with the biggest brands in terms of quality and price, such as “Netto” and “Tous les Jours”, the French brands, and others.
This card allows Careem Captains to collect points known as Smiles, in an easier and faster way than other customers. Every time they shop, they receive an additional 50% of the Smiles they collect, allowing them to exchange their Smiles with many instant gifts, as well as a voucher worth 50,000 Lebanese pounds.
The attendees enjoyed the gathering and were offered Ramadan boxes filled with selected food products, in addition to the cobranded loyalty card for them to use while shopping at Happy.
