Le Bristol Hotel sponsors “Visit Lebanon Forum” 2019
Under the patronage of His Excellency The Minister of Tourism Mr. Avedis Guidanian, and in collaboration with the Ministry of Tourism, Le Bristol Hotel sponsored this year’s edition of “Visit Lebanon Forum”, which was held in Lebanon on the 30th and 31st of May.
The event is the first international B2B forum organized in Lebanon, with the aim of promoting leisure, tourism and business opportunities in the country.
For the 3rd consecutive year, Le Bristol Hotel proudly sponsored the “Visit Lebanon Forum”. This year’s edition gathered 108 tour operators, from incentive and event agencies, to international corporations and associations, who engaged in face-to-face meetings and networking with Lebanese professionals from all sectors, including governmental, F&B, entertainment, and more.
Le Bristol welcomed the event attendees with an opening cocktail reception that was held at the hotel’s new garden space “The Courtyard”. The reception was then followed by a seated dinner at the Hotel’s Golden Room, in which the chef’s specialty dishes were served to the event committee as they engaged in one-to-one talks in preparation for the event. The attendees explored Le Bristol’s signature local dishes in the heart of Lebanon’s capital as they networked and discussed their expectations for the event.
The ceremony was graced by the sound of the talented Tina Assaf, who covered traditional and International songs along with a pianist.
During the celebratory dinner, Mr. Joseph Coubat, General Manager of Le Bristol hotel, took the opportunity to express his pride and gratitude in welcoming the forum guests at Beirut’s oldest venue to date. He also shared the importance of having foreign entrepreneurs discover Lebanon themselves through lobbying and personal encounters, to better endorse the country and promote its business potential, which will eventually feed the economy and create more opportunities.
