Scalini Dubai adds new dishes to its delizioso authentic Italian Menu
Scalini Dubai, known for its traditional Italian menu has added additional antipasti, pizza, pasta and piatti tradizionali to its menu. The London-born restaurant has over 30 years’ experience and has now launched a new menu that tailors its tastes to suit the Middle East culinary landscape.
With food being the pinnacle of Italian culture, the premium Italian restaurant located at the Four Seasons Jumeriah invites guests to experience true Italian hospitality with an inside outside setting. Head Chef Monserrato Marini, created the dishes with passion and his preferences, with many of the new items being previous restaurant specials that were so popular they now hold a place on his exciting new menu.
Guests can now start with new antipasti dishes such as the Carpaccio Robespierre con Tartufo, thin slices of braised beef topped with a layer of black truffle, mustard and rosemary; and Treccia di Bufala, plaited buffalo mozzarella with aromatic oregano that is perfect for sharing. Main courses are now extended to Pizza reminiscent of Naples, a first for the Scalini brand globally with Pizza Margherita with creamy mozzarella, ripe tomatoes and basil and Pizza Tartufo, white creamy pizza with truffles.
With a new selection of Piatti Tradizionali, guests are encouraged to share large dishes with friends and family over a leisurely weekend afternoon, bringing people together to enjoy cuisine like Nonna used to make.
