Friday Seafood Nights

Fridays are devoted to Vista’s renowned extravagant seafood nights. The finest buffet of the freshest and widest array of seafood concepts, cold and hot delicacies and decadent desserts are intricately designed by Ajman Saray’s executive chef and his expert culinary team to delight your palates.

Guests can also feast their eyes on a robust display of fresh-caught lobsters, prawn and oysters.

Every Saturday to Thursday, guests can look forward to enjoying a unique concept, from succulent BBQ nights on Saturdays, delicious Roast Nights on Sundays, Asian Specialties on Mondays, sumptuous Mexican Nights on Tuesdays, authentic Street Food on Wednesdays and Mediterranean Delights on Thursdays.

From authentic Italian fare with Bruschetta, Arancini and a live pasta station, all the way to Maki Rolls and Momos from the Far East—there truly is something for everyone!
