Al Masaood Automobiles Championing Nissan Customer Experience Initiatives

In its endeavor to provide holistic and enhanced customer experience at all touch points, Al Masaood Automobiles – the exclusive distributor for Nissan in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Western Region – has adopted the Nissan Customer Experience initiatives in its operations.

Al Masaood Automobiles has embraced the Global Nissan Retail Concept (NRC) at two of its showrooms in Abu Dhabi so far, offering integrated customer experience by delivering a seamless service process that leverages an engaging digital environment. For its exceptional customer service and overachieving aftersales targets, Al Masaood Automobiles has received several awards and recognition over the years. The division received Global Nissan Aftersales Award for the second successive year in 2022 for overachieving Nissan’s aftersales business targets and outperforming other dealers internationally within its segment.

 Throughout the year, the division launched several promotions and campaigns to further improve the customer experience – including the ‘Al Masaood Automobiles Summer campaign’, ‘Back to School campaign’, ‘End of Year campaign’ and ‘Al Masaood Confidence Programme”. This made it easy for customers to purchase their ideal Nissan car, while also enjoying an array of aftersales services and other perks that aim to ensure a value-added car buying experience.
