Bachir Ice cream unveils exclusive Ramadan creations

This Ramadan, Bachir is celebrating the season with four exclusive creations, alongside its signature offerings. Rooted in Lebanese heritage, Bachir is bringing a festive touch to its treats, enriching Ramadan gatherings with flavours that have been cherished for generations.

Arabic sweets symbolize generosity, hospitality and the joy of breaking fast with loved ones. Delicacies like othmaleye, ashta, and mafroukeh have long been associated with Ramadan feasts. Honoring this tradition, Bachir presents a limited edition Ramadan collection inspired by these flavours.

Bachir Ice Cream was founded in 1936 in the Lebanese town of Bikfaya by brothers Maurice and Edward Bachir and has since grown from a small family business into a beloved brand. Staying true to its roots, Bachir continues to bring people together through the timeless joy of ice cream.

The new collection features Othmaleye & Ashta Bites, featuring delicate othmaleye nests topped with a mini scoop of ashta ice cream and a sprinkle of pistachios. Savor the rich flavors of Mafroukeh, Ashta & Chocolate Rounds, where creamy ashta ice cream is sandwiched between two layers of mafroukeh and dipped in milk or dark chocolate, available in a box of six. The Ashta ya Ashta Cake, with a base of Ashta ice ceream, topped with 4 scoops of fresh ashta and decorated with pistachios and fragrant rose petal jam. Lastly, Bachir’s Mafroukeh & Ashta Cake, a round ashta ice cream base, blanketed with a layer of mafroukeh, delicately topped with ghazl banet, pistachios and zaher is sure to delight.

In addition to these special Ramadan offerings, Bachir Ice Cream will continue to spotlight its signature Ashta Fukhara and KG Boxes of Ashta and mixed flavours throughout the holy month.
