Celebrate Eid Al Fitr at ROKA Dubai

ROKA Dubai invites you to kick off your Eid al-Fitr celebrations with its vibrant live station brunch set at the heart of the city. Renowned for its award-winning contemporary Japanese robatayaki cuisine, ROKA Dubai has elevated the city’s culinary scene since the launch of their first-ever live station brunch in November. Taking place every Saturday, this weekly brunch promises an unparalleled dining experience, including live sushi and robata stations, a variety of hot and cold dishes to choose from, in addition to signature mains served at the table.

Guests can indulge in an array of inventive Japanese dishes, thoughtfully curated by ROKA Dubai’s head chef, kicking off their Eid lunch with a selection of sashimi and yellowtail tartar served directly to the table. Heading on to the live station assortment, guests can opt for an array of cold and hot starters, including a green beans salad with ginger dressing, a range of maki and nigiri including crispy sushi rice with salmon, a seabass Japanese omelette and a variety of soup options including white miso soup and beef gyoza with ginger and sesame. The live station will also boast a variety of robata favorites including beef and chicken sliders with caramelized onions, okonomiyaki, or grilled chicken wings sprinkled with sansho salt.

Guests are invited to choose one main course per person served to the table, dishes include sea bream fillet served with ryotei miso and red onion, cedar roast baby chicken with chilli and lemon, or lamb cutlets served with Korean spices and sesame cucumber. Guests also have the option of opting for the premium robata mains for an additional AED 60 per person, with dishes such as black cod marinated in yuzu misobeef fillet served in chili, ginger and spring onion or a rice hotpot with Japanese mushroom included. Brunch would be incomplete without the signature ROKA dessert platter served as a sweet ending to the vibrant brunch experience.

There are three free-flowing beverage packages available starting from AED 295 per person, with a choice to upgrade to the sommelier’s selection of premium wines and champagne. The weekly ROKA brunch is perfect for family and friends to celebrate Eid, with both indoor and terrace seating available boasting the iconic Burj Khalifa views and live entertainment from the resident DJ, guaranteed to make a memorable afternoon.

Additionally, this year marks the 20th anniversary of Roka since its inagural launch in London’s Charlotte Street. Celebrating two decades of exceptional dining, Roka presents its second “Roka 20 Specials” exclusive menu, featuring beloved dishes from its illustrious history. With a fresh menu introduced every quarter, Roka invites guests to rediscover old Roka favorites. This April to June, foodies can enjoy exclusive dishes including hot otsukuri, scallop sashimi with pickled cucumber, ankou furai to ume shiso, fried baby monkfish with shiso and umeboshi, grilled baby chicken with sancho soya dressing and gyu no tataki to truffle, seared beef striploin with black truffle dressing and miso crisp. Conclude with kurogoma aisu, sakura no makaron, a black sesame mochi ice cream served with cherry blossom macaroons.
