From 12 pm until 4 pm, this festive experience promises to transport guests to the coast of the Balearics with vibrant Spanish spirit, authentic gastronomy, and passionate musical rhythms.
Drawing inspiration from rich Spanish culture, the Head Chef of Tagomago has carefully crafted a four-course sharing-style menu that showcases an array of authentic dishes.
The gastronomic fiesta commences with Pan con Tomate, Escalivada, and Spanish Sea Bass Tiradito with tiger milk, followed by a selection of hot starters, including beloved Patatas Bravas, Tuna Empanada, and our signature Mushroom and Truffle Croquetas. The highlight of the brunch is Seafood Meloso with Shrimps, which is the most awaited part of the family festive celebration. For steak lovers, there is a 35 day aged Spanish Beef Striploin. The Spanish cuisine journey ends with Goat Basque Cheesecake and a selection of Ice Creams and Sorbetes.
This celebration is crafted for families to come together and enjoy a feast of flavors and sounds. What is a brunch experience without the lively sounds of Spain ? The dynamic “Good Vibes Duo”, comprised of a talented singer and dancer alongside a charismatic trumpet player, will perform widely loved Spanish and Latin American songs.
