At the bar, guests can relax with expertly crafted cocktails. The RIKAS Hospitality Group, in collaboration with Chef Hadrien, have collaborated with their skilled bartenders to develop a streamlined beverage menu that adheres to the “less is more” philosophy. This concise selection includes no more than ten wine options, five types of Champagne, and a delightful assortment of cocktails with a significant culinary influence. Noteworthy choices encompass a refined ‘“Not Bloody, Still Mary” garnished with a fresh oyster or a “Purple Rain”, something to do with Prince’ soundtrack and Peruvian Chicha Morada AKA purple corn punch.
Since music plays an integral part of the DNA fabric at Chez Wam, guests can be taken on a dandy journey through time, creating an atmosphere that is perfect for the European style drink – dine culture.
