This special event invites guests to indulge in a set menu that combines the culinary expertise of two Italian masters, creating a symphony of flavors that celebrates authentic Italian cuisine.
The evening’s menu highlights dishes such as Baccalà Mantecato—cod fish with chickpea mousse and vegetables; Culurgiones Cacio e Pepe—handmade Sardinian ravioli filled with Ricotta and Pecorino, enhanced with butter, sage, and black truffle; and Guancia di Manzo Brasata—braised beef cheek with a carrot-mandarin sauce. The full set menu is priced at AED 245 per person (minimum two guests).
Chef Marco Deriu brings his wealth of experience honed in Sardinia, London and Dubai, where his artisanal pasta skills and innovative approach earned him recognition at the Michelin-awarded Armani/Ristorante in Burj Khalifa. Joining him is Chef Marco Bottega, a third-generation restaurateur whose Michelin-starred career is built on the principles of tradition, research and passion, ensuring a dining experience like no other.
