Attendees are reminded that UNTOLD Dubai does not accept cash or card within the venue. All purchases can only be made through the exclusive UNTOLD wristbands, which can be topped up at the multiple credit points on site. After the festival concludes, attendees with unspent funds on their wristbands can opt for an online refund between February 19th and 23rd at 23:59. The refund form will be available within the app and through the official website.
