This lavish menu has all discerning epicureans in mind, offering everything from tempting starters and scrumptious main courses to mouthwatering desserts, tantalising beverages, and much more. Available on weekdays from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, get ready to embark on an unforgettable gastronomic journey that goes beyond the ordinary.
Aptly named “Twine”, this stunning dining venue celebrates the rich vibrancy of Mediterranean food and stories with its tempting cuisine to offer immersive experiences. By intertwining the culinary narratives of Spain, Italy, Greece, Turkey, and beyond, each plate is carefully crafted to evoke the rich taste of the Mediterranean, made by the restaurant’s talented chefs and with the freshest ingredients.
Kicking off this gastronomic voyage on the dinner menu is the Twine Dips Selection, served with homemade pita bread and a selection of spreads including Melitzanosalata, which comes with smoked aubergine and tahina, Tzatziki, a fusion of Greek yoghurt, garlic, cucumber, olive oil, and dill, and Guacamole, made from finely chopped avocadoes and fresh lemon squeeze. The soup section is just as tantalising, featuring Fish and Shrimp Soup, a concoction of seabass, shrimp, and basil.
Raw meat lovers are also in for a special treat with Twine’s Smoked Half-Cooked Tuna Carpaccio, topped with black truffle dressing, and Seabass Ceviche, graced with pear, tomato coulis, and salmon eggs. For something lighter, there are a plethora of salads and hot starters to satisfy everyone’s cravings, such as Melon and Cheese Salad, featuring watermelon, feta, cucumber, almonds, basil, and mint, Fresh Lobster Salad, a perfect blend of lobster, baby gem, asparagus, avocado, red onion, and light mayo dressing, Stuffed Peppers, filled with tomato, rice, herbs, pine nuts, and bell pepper puree, and Octopus Leg with lime-flavoured fava puree and tomato salsa.
The timeless classics of pasta and pizza with Twine’s creative touch are also available. Diners can delight in a mouthwatering selection of Gnocchi Pasta, combining potato gnocchi tossed with wild mushrooms and salted ricotta cheese, Penne Alfredo, prepared with roast chicken, wild mushrooms, and parmigiana reggiano, Maritime Pizza with shrimp, calamari, mussels, clams, and fresh parsley on a tomato sauce base, and Pizza De Burrata Y Rucola, topped with creamy burrata truffle cream, homemade tomato sauce, rocca leaves, cherry tomatoes, and fresh truffle.
The main courses have also been artistically curated to satisfy all your cravings for Mediterranean food, featuring Grilled Gambas, a fusion of grilled U5 prawns, sauce vierge, and grilled lemon, a Wagyu Steak of grilled beef striploin, coupled with grilled asparagus, baby carrots, and creamy foie gras, and Grilled Baby Chicken, made with sautéed baby vegetables and chicken jus.
To complement this incredible feast, diners can relish plenty of tempting sides, such as Roast Broccoli and Sautéed Asparagus, alongside additional sauces like Lemon Butter and Black Pepper. A delectable array of decadent desserts also awaits those with a sweet tooth, including Meringue Lemon Tart, backed with caramelised hazelnut crust, whipped lemon cream, and fluffy meringue, and Tiramisu, layered with homemade Italian lady finger biscuits and rich mascarpone cream.
