For Il Motto Pizzeria’s new menu, the restaurant’s talented chefs will bring even more passion to its signature Italian fare with the same dedication to quality and flavour that has made this spot a go-to for foodies. To start the culinary adventure, savour new additions like Fried Calamari & Prawns with basil and lemon mayonnaise, or the velvety mushroom soup served with sourdough bread. These join all-time favourites such as the indulgent Potato Crocchetta and the rich veal Meatballs served in fresh tomato sauce with parmesan and pecorino.
For the main event, highlights include the Bresaola & Burrata Pizza, a delightful combination of mozzarella, thyme, rocket, semi-dried datterino tomatoes, and creamy burrata, and the Ribs & Porcini Pizza, a rich medley of slow-cooked beef ribs, porcini mushrooms, caramelised onion, and scamorza cheese. Delivering a spicy kick, the Diavola comprises Italian salami, tomato sauce, chilli flakes, fresh basil, mozzarella, and pecorino.
