DUBAI BASKETBALL PROMISES UNREAL ENTERTAINMENT ON & OFF COURT FOR 17th NOVEMBER HOME GAME

Dubai Basketball have called on their home fans to produce an electric atmosphere in this Sunday’s ABA League game against Slovenia’s Krka as they prepare to return to Coca-Cola Arena after a three-game stretch on the road in Europe.

Tickets for the highly anticipated contest are selling fast, but great seats are still available to watch Dubai Basketball (6-2) in action at 7pm on Sunday. Team officials are reporting that this week marks a celebration for the incredible Dubai fans, featuring roaming entertainment acts by Global Village in and around the arena, along with an epic half-time performance and surprise celebrity appearances.

On the court, Dubai Basketball is primed for another all-star performance, as they continue their climb to the top of the league standings, despite last week’s loss to Partizan. Team captain, Klemen Prepelic, has urged his team to put on a show for the home fans, as they seek a 7th win on the season.

He said: “After three consecutive games on the road, it’s great to be playing again at Coca-Cola Arena. We’ve missed the support of our passionate fans who create a vibrant and lively atmosphere and we hope to see many people on Sunday to cheer us on and make an electric atmosphere – just like the previous games.”

He added: “We are under no illusions of the challenge we face against Krka. They possess good players who can cause us problems, so we need to be at the top of our game from tip-off to the final buzzer and play our best as we are all determined to win.”

Prepelic has enjoyed a strong start to the season and goes into the upcoming game as the team’s top points-scorer (87) while Awudu Abass (83), Danilo An?uši? (80) are among the players to cross the

80-point barrier. After missing the game against Partizan, former NBA star Davis Bertans will be hoping to get back on the court in front of the home fans.

Krka goes into the game with a 2-6 record following their close defeat to FMP Soccerbet (106-109) on Monday night. Dubai Basketball will need to be wary of Tayler Persons, who has scored triple figures on the season (107), while Miha Cerkvenik (93) has also been a league menace on offense.

Awesome Fan Engagement & Barasti Post-Game Celebration

Back by popular demand, Dubai Basketball’s Half-Court Hero returns to gameday, with one lucky fan given the opportunity to win AED 20,000 for sinking a half-court shot to the roar of the capacity crowd, along with other amazing prizes by making shots from three-point and free-throw lines.

Sunday night post-game, fans are welcomed to Barasti Beach for the official Dubai Basketball After-Party Presented by Barasti. Dubai Basketball ticket holders will receive 30% off their F&B purchase, simply by showing their Dubai versus Krka ticket..
