Dubai lights up with festivities and activities across the city, celebrating the 54th Omani national day and honouring the deep bond between both nations. This is aimed to reflect the unity, collaboration and the strong historical ties that have always brought the UAE and the Sultanate of Oman together.

A special celebration was held at the Hatta border today (Tuesday) that was attended by officials and dignitaries. The event commenced with a performance of the UAE and Omani national anthems by the Dubai Police Music Band. This was followed by a military show by Dubai Police candidates, a traditional Al-Razfa performance, and poetry recitals by Emirati and Omani poets.

Omani visitors were greeted with a warm welcome message at Dubai airports in celebration of the occasion. The festivities continued across the city with further greetings and activities at popular entertainment and tourist destinations including Roxy Cinemas and all its branches, Hatta Wadi Hub, Al Khawaneej Walk, The Outlet Village, Dragon Mart, Bluewaters, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Festival City Mall, Dubai Festival Plaza, Mercato and Town Centre Jumeirah.
