In collaboration with Moët & Chandon, Eugène Eugène presents Festive Dinners À La Moët – an intimate and exclusive dining experience that combines culinary artistry with exceptional Champagne pairings. Set at a beautifully arranged table for just 14 guests, these dinners will take place on December 11th and 18th, featuring a four-course menu paired with four different Moët & Chandon Champagnes, including the exceptional Grand Vintage 2013 and Grand Vintage 2015.
The specially crafted menu celebrates the season with refined dishes such as Gillardeau Oyster with Oscietra caviar and orange foam, Red Prawns Tartare, and Beef Tenderloin Rossini, offering an evening of exceptional taste and elegance.
