Johnson Controls brings sustainable technology to Dubai Police through agreement with Etihad ESCO

Etihad Energy Services Company (ESCO) partners with Johnson Controls to provide energy-efficient and sustainable solutions to Dubai Police. Johnson Controls will equip 20 facilities including police stations, prisons, warehouses and offices with the latest heating and cooling solutions, and its OpenBlue digital platform – helping to generate substantial CO2, electricity and water savings. A signing ceremony was held during the Johnson Controls COP28 event at the Museum of the Future to commemorate this partnership.

Etihad ESCO has always been committed to serving the strategic goal of the UAE in pursuing a green economy for sustainable development through leadership, partnership, and adoption of energy efficiency technologies. As part of the project, customized solutions including air-cooled chillers, heat pumps, chiller plant manager, controls optimization will be installed with these technologies, Dubai Police expects to generate savings of up to 11,000 tons of CO2, 25.2 million kWh of electricity and 95.7 million IG of water.
