This gastronomic experience promises to delight the senses, offering a rare opportunity to savor the finest Greek Mediterranean cuisine with a touch of sophistication.
Inspired by the opulence of caviar, the culinary team of Kyma has crafted three exclusive dishes that showcase rich flavors and texture of this black velvet, ascending fine dining experience.
The caviar-infused journey continues with 30 grams of caviar with a selection of pita bread, greek yogurt, and condiments. Guests are then invited to delight in the crispy symphony of sourdough paired with 30 grams of caviar, tarama, and a touch of chives. The principal dish of the menu is a caviar yiouvetsi – a combination of black caviar delicately layered over orzo pasta, harmonized with the zesty notes of lemon confit and fennel.
