Her Excellency Mariam bint Mohammed Almheiri, Minister of Climate Change and Environment affirmed that UAE Flag Day is a cherished national occasion in the hearts of all citizens. Celebrating it motivates us to work harder and more devotedly to secure a more sustainable future for the UAE.
H.E. stated, ” UAE Flag Day is a cherished occasion for every citizen and resident living in our beloved country. A source of pride and honor, our national flag strengthens our sense of belonging to our homeland. Today, we remember the highest values and principles that our nation upholds and honour our visionary leadership for inspiring us to achieve excellence in all fields. Through dedication and commitment, we can accomplish more, especially in preserving our environment and promoting sustainability.”
H.E. added: “As we approach the COP28 conference, which will take place at the end of this month in the UAE, we are working to enhance the UAE’s global role in creating a more sustainable future for the people of the world. The UAE seeks to establish a foundation upon which nations can embark on a new phase of cooperation, development, and prosperity.”
H.E.
