Messika is delighted to announce the appointment of Edouard Schneider as its Chief Brand Officer (CBO). As a key member of the global leadership team, Edouard will report directly to Valérie Messika, Creative Director and Founder of the Maison. He will be responsible for overseeing all communication and brand image activities across the group, including its international subsidiaries in New York, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Dubai. His areas of oversight will include public relations, celebrity partnerships, events, social media, brand image, and visual merchandising.
Edouard brings over 20 years of extensive experience in the luxury and fashion industries, having held diverse international roles across multiple disciplines. He joins Messika following a successful tenure of 6.5 years as Global Communication Director & Head of French Division at Acne Studios, where he was a member of the Executive Board.
Prior to this, he held significant leadership positions, including Global Public and Press Relations Director at Louis Vuitton and Chief Communication Officer at Maison Margiela,
Edouard holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing and Communication business management from Paris – ESG Business School.
