Every weekend, Mimi Kakushi’s brunch brings this era to life with an eclectic menu of time-honoured Japanese flavours reimagined with playful, modern twists. Now, on two consecutive Saturdays, April 12th and 19th, this experience reaches new heights as Mimi Kakushi partners with Moët & Chandon for an exclusive brunch celebration of Champagne, live jazz music, and pure indulgence.

A bespoke Moët & Chandon Champagne dispenser will take centre stage, offering guests a unique way to enjoy the maison’s iconic minis. Those who opt for the Champagne package will receive a golden token to redeem their own Moët Mini, alongside free-flowing Moët & Chandon Champagne and a special Champagne-inspired cocktail crafted by the award-winning bar team behind Mimi Kakushi’s recognition on the World’s 50 Best Bars list and its title as the #1 bar in the Middle East.

To complement the experience, a live band including a pianist as well as a DJ will set the tone, bringing the spirit of 1920s Osaka to life. As a final touch, guests will leave with a special keepsake to remember the occasion.

Mimi Kakushi reimagines Japanese classics with a playful and modern twist. The weekend brunch menu delivers a selection of signature favourites and best-sellers, designed for sharing. Begin with an array of hot and cold appetisers, including dishes like Black Cod and Prawns Gyoza, Yakiniku Wagyu Beef Kushi, and much more, each bite offering a unique take on time-honoured flavours.

For the main course, indulge in standout dishes including but not limited to Miso Black Cod with citrus miso sauce, Grilled Tiger Prawn with yuzu kosho dressing, and Beef Tenderloin with chipotle soy glaze, all perfectly paired with decadent sides such as Grilled Potato with ume butter & shiro dashi espuma, Grilled Broccoli with seaweed butter and Grilled Mushrooms with truffle.

End on a sweet note with the Sweet Geisha selection, a tempting assortment of Japanese-inspired desserts that capture Mimi Kakushi’s signature balance of tradition and innovation.
