Born in 1957, the signature 649 is now enhanced by new archive-inspired design details. Together with this innovative interpretation, the original 649 bolsters its iconic status with the addition of three never-seen-before colour combinations.
The new iron execution achieves a subtle alchemy; at once rugged and resilient, fluid and fine. Graceful curves counterbalance the metal construction, detailed with a delicate, defined brow, screws and Barberini premium glass lenses to take the 649 in an unexpected direction. Crowned with tone-on-tone Supreme arrows to the temples, the sense of line flows uninterrupted, arriving at a truly modern masterpiece.
The fusion of timeless and contemporary continues, as the original 649 is reimagined in three fresh colourways. Take a twist on eternal elegance with black frames and polar blue lenses, or explore new dimensions with semi-transparent smoke grey and blue, or semi-transparent champagne and dark grey.
