Pullman Dubai City Centre Hotel & Residences is proud to announce that their talented culinary team has won an impressive total of 29 medals at the prestigious ExpoCulinaire 2024. Led by Executive Chef Roziro Mathias and Executive Pastry Chef Dammika Herath, the chefs showcased their culinary expertise at the annual three-day competition held in the UAE.
ExpoCulinaire, known as the home of The Emirates International Salon Culinaire, is the only dedicated culinary event in the UAE, bringing together chefs, pastry chefs, bakers, cooks, students, and professionals all under one roof. This event features a spectacular array of culinary displays and practical cooking demonstrations, including ice carvings, intricately decorated buffet platters, stunning pastry and chocolate creations, and perfectly presented edible delights.
Pullman Dubai Creek City Centre Hotel & Residences’ 16 participating chefs excelled in various categories, earning 10 Bronze medals, 14 Silver medals, and five Gold medals.
