Tagomago, the renowned Spanish Restaurant and Beach Club nestled at the Palm Jumeirah, is thrilled to introduce a Chef Tasting Menu- a new culinary experience curated for tables of two by Head Chef Iker Zapata.
Drawing inspiration from Chef Iker’s most beloved creations, the Tasting Menu invites guests to savor a selection of signature Spanish dishes in a sharing style. Priced at AED 475 per person, it unfolds in four courses, featuring cold starters such as Pan con Tomate, Spanish Sea Bass Tiradito, and 50 days Dry-Aged Beef Tenderloin Tartare.
The journey continues with hot starters, including Padrón Peppers, spicy Garlic Prawns, and creamy Mushroom and Truffle Croquetas. For the main course, diners can choose between Sea Bass Grill Bilbaina or 35 Days Aged Striploin, accompanied by Piquillo Pepper Confit or Baby Spinach Catalana on the side. Both of these dishes represent a blend of authentic Spanish flavors with a contemporary twist.
The gastronomic experience concludes with Goat Basque Cheesecake, a cherished dessert with a velvety texture, and traditional Catalan Burnt Cream.
