In celebration of Salone del Mobile and amidst the energy of Design Week,Soho House and luxury fashion retailer, Level Shoes, came together to host a diverse mix of local Cities Without Houses Milan members, global members, and international creative
talent from the worlds of design, fashion, art, and music across two nights.
The celebrations included a special dinner on Tuesday 8 April, followed by a cocktail party on Wednesday 9 April.
On Tuesday evening, members and guests were welcomed to Studio Sgura, Giampaolo Sgura’s Studio 54 in Milan, where a three-course dinner for 100 guests was served and thestudio transformed into a sanctuary among the buzz of Milan Design Week.
It featured a minimalist design approach, complemented by immersive lighting in orange tones by Heilig Objects, which reflected on the surfaces of the tables with contemporary silver tableware by Zanetto.
Guests enjoyed light appetisers paired with Tanqueray’s Tiny Ten cocktails, followed by Zucchini Flowers with new potatoes and toasted butter, and a main course of Stuffed PastaShells with ricotta, mint and green beans,
plus Gimlets made with Tanqueray’s signature No. Ten gin.
To finish, a light dessert of Meringue with Chantilly cream, wild strawberries and elderflower was enjoyed, with Champagne and the Signature Cocktail of Dreams created by Matteo Di Ienno and Tanqueray No. Ten.
On Wednesday evening, members and guests were invited back into the studio of Giampaolo Sgura for a special cocktail party with Tanqueray’s mixologists, Matteo Di Ienno and Jenna Ba, who crafted the brand’s signature cocktails for 500 guests, along with a DJ
set by The Curly Brothers.
