The new Business Lunch offering will feature three distinct menus: the Business Lunch Menu, the Dim Sum Lunch Menu, and a specially curated Vegetarian Business Lunch Menu.
Curated by Chef Lai Min Wei, this offering includes a selection of signature dishes and Dim Sum, complemented by a thoughtfully designed vegetarian menu to accommodate a variety of tastes. XU’s Business Lunch harmoniously combines traditional Chinese culinary artistry with modern sophistication, delivering an unforgettable dining experience.
Business Lunch Menu
The Business Lunch menu features a selection of starters including the flavorful Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup and the Chef’s Steamed Dim Sum Selection. Guests will then have the choice of one main dish, with the option to enhance their meal with a dessert for an additional 20 AED.
Dim Sum Lunch Menu
The Dim Sum Lunch menu begins with starters such as the Chicken & Sweetcorn Soup and Spicy Seaweed Cucumber. The menu continues with an array of Dim Sum options, including steamed, fried, and baked selections. Guests can enjoy these delightful offerings, with desserts available for an additional 20 AED.
Vegetarian Business Lunch Menu
The Vegetarian Business Lunch Menu includes starters such as the fresh Asparagus & Sweetcorn Soup, the Spicy Seaweed Cucumber, and the Vegetarian Dim Sum Selection. For the main course, guests can savor the Kung Pao Eryngii Mushroom, with the option to add a dessert for an additional 20 AED.
