CARIUMA LAUNCHES A NEW LIMITED-EDITION DESIGN, SKATEGOAT C25 PRO, IN COLLABORATION WITH PROFESSIONAL SKATEBOARDER LEANDRE SANDERS

Ethical skate shoe brand Cariuma is proud to announce the release of its latest pro model, Skategoat C25 Pro, designed in collaboration with professional skateboarder Leandre Sanders, also known as Skategoat. Cariuma hosted a successful immersive Skategoat Shoe launch event on April 19 at Cinema Akil in Alserkal Avenue, Dubai, which Leandre Sanders himself attended. The event featured an exclusive screening of the Skategoat movie, which narrates Leandre’s life story as a teen and journey as a professional skateboarder, along with live art moments. The public and fellow skateboard enthusiasts attended the event, met Leandre, and brought their skates, items, and gadgets representing their creative edge.

From the streets of Venice, California, to the skateparks of Dubai, the Skategoat C25 Pro carries the raw energy and authenticity of its creator, Leandre Sanders—aka the “King of Venice.”

Leandre Sanders was born in Venice Beach, Los Angeles, into a world of gangs and crime. The only thing that kept him out of trouble was his love for skateboarding. While his older brothers joined the family tradition of running with gangs, Leandre – dubbed Skategoat – spent most of his days and nights at the Venice Beach skatepark with his younger brother Leontay. Years later, Leandre found his way to professional skateboarding and landed acting and modelling gigs. He skates for Bryte Skateboards and models for brands such as Prada, Champion, and Tommy Hilfiger, among others.
