This Easter, gather your family and loved ones and head to Graphos Social Kitchen at Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island, for an unforgettable brunch experience. The vibrant restaurant located at the chic hotel will take its guests on an exciting culinary journey on April 9th.

Boasting a lavish buffet spread, live performances by the resident duo band and fun activities for children, Hilton Yas Abu Dhabi Yas Island is pulling out all the stops to make the Easter celebrations special.

Guests can expect an exotic mélange of cuisines where east meets the west. Diners can begin their meals with tasty appetisers such as stuffed vine leaves, moutabel, hummus, halloumi and zaatar and fresh salads.

Guests can also relish sumptuous mains including pasta, delicious grills and carved meat, from live counters. A separate station will offer fresh seafood, sushi, sashimi and oysters.

Diners can also feast on dishes like Beef Bourguignon, Seafood skewers, Orange couscous with roasted walnuts, Truffle mash potatoes and Vegetable lasagna, among several others.

With the dessert menu including Vanilla crème brule, Baked yogurt with tropical fruit relish, Green apple and black current lollipop, White chocolate amarena cherry trifle and Chocolate dulce de leche tart, guests will end their meals on a sweet note, A live dessert station featuring ice creams, a chocolate fountain, marshmallows and strawberries, will offer the perfect treat for little ones.

The celebration will be complete with an appearance by the Easter bunny who will handover gifts to kids. Children can also enjoy exciting activities including egg painting and games in the recreation area.
