Gear up for Pilates at Shakti

We are so happy to introduce Pilates to our wellness program!

Pilates is a low impact exercise that focuses on the core of our body. It improves muscle strength, toning, flexibility, and posture. Pilates also contributes to a strong mind-body connection through principles such as breathing, control, and flow, all of which will be discovered in class.

About the instructor:

Lamia Nassif is a certified mat Pilates instructor and personal trainer. After being a fitness enthusiast for years, Pilates became her favorite fitness routine due to its low impact and high muscle-toning.
She has been spreading her love for Pilates for 3 years.
