Experience Hub wins big at the Gulf Customer Experience Awards 2021

Experience Hub, the destination partner of Abu Dhabi’s premier leisure and entertainment hub Yas Island, is proud to be the winner of three categories at this year’s Gulf Customer Experience Awards.

Experience Hub’s expert Customer Experience team won the following three awards:

  • Won Overall Winner for the Gulf Customer Experience Awards – with the highest score out of all the entries!
  • Best Contact Centre – Gold Award
  • Employee Engagement & Happiness – Silver Award

The Gulf Customer Experience Awards are the region’s premier celebration of customer experience, acknowledging the incredible work of customer experience professionals across the Gulf.  This year’s awards ceremony was held live in Dubai yesterday.
