Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi’s Verso Unveils New Dinner Menu Promising a Fresh Take on Italian Cuisine

Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Residences Emirates Pearl announced the introduction of an enticing new dinner menu at Verso, its signature Italian trattoria.

The enhanced dinner menu showcases delicious dishes that boast fresh, organic and sustainable ingredients to create a genuine Italian dining experience. Verso Chef de Cuisine Marco Pistillo said diners will feel like they are enjoying an authentic home cooked Italian meal, except for it being served in one of the most hospitable corners of Abu Dhabi.

The menu is designed to lend itself perfectly to a convivial dining atmosphere. Verso classics of Pasta and Pizza are joined by the tempting range of new dishes, including free-range Spring Chicken with Tuscan style Ratte potato; lightly smoked Salmon, asparagus, red pepper and hazelnut salsa; Lamb rack, eggplant and Sicilian caponata, and Veal tenderloin, Parmesan mashed potatoes and broccolini.

“We added new main courses to the dinner menu to make it ideally suited for families and friends to enjoy good food together, the heart of our time-honored Italian way of appreciating food,” the chef said.

Another exciting addition is the unveiling of a dessert menu. Chef Marco and his team are taking a trip down memory lane with Italian favorites of Tiramisu and Affogato, Cannoli, Panna Cotta and the famed Torta Della Nonna (grandmother’s tart) for sharing with loved ones.

The debut of the new menu will continue to distinguish Verso as one of the leaders of the Abu Dhabi dining scene, said Nugzar Makaridze, Director of Restaurants.
