Majid Al Futtaim Unveils Maravelle, Dubai’s First Luxury Wellness-Centric Residences

Majid Al Futtaim has introduced Maravelle at Ghaf Woods, a luxury residential project prioritising wellness and nature, nestled within Dubai’s inaugural forest-community concept.

The development comprises 96 homes spread over four boutique buildings located in the core of the Ghaf Woods community. Owners will also gain exclusive membership to Maravelle—an on-site wellness and lifestyle centre integral to the neighbourhood.

Covering 25,000 m², the residences include two- and three-bedroom flats alongside four-bedroom duplexes. Each unit is fitted with circadian lighting, state-of-the-art ventilation, low-emission materials and natural stone and timber finishes. The duplexes further offer private terraces and pools.

Sustainability is embedded throughout Maravelle and the wider community. Ghaf Woods features more than 35,000 trees, enhancing air quality and lowering ambient temperatures by up to 5 °C. The master plan spans 5,000 luxury homes, eight kilometres of pedestrian trails, 3.5 kilometres of cycling lanes, landscaped gardens and dedicated wellness pavilions.
