Shaza Madinah assures guests by following highest standards
Shaza Madinah, the 5-star luxury hotel situated next to King Fahad Gate, main entrance of “Al Masjid Al Nabawi”, is sparing no effort in assuring the health and safety of its guests.
To protect the hotel’s guests and employees and ensures the highest safety levels, the hotel launched its own high standards programme named Shaza ASSURES (Active Safety & Sanitisation measures to Uphold and Reassure Excellence in Service).
Shaza Assures is a set of protocols that are integrated with Shaza’s current Operating Standards. This programme has been prepared based on the evidence currently available about COVID-19 transmission and is designed to ensure that Shaza Hotels can protect the health of its guests.
The hotel has also received Bureau Veritas (BV) certification in recognition of adopting the best preventive measures and complying with good hygiene practices and all recommendations to maintain the highest levels of safety.
Amjad Irshaidat, the Country General Manager of Shaza Hotels – KSA, noted guests’ safety and wellbeing have always been on the top of Shaza’s priorities, and said, “Social distancing and unprecedented hygiene concerns have become a norm in today’s COVID-19 world; therefore, we are introducing Shaza ASSURES.”
“The programme presents many strict measures that include conducting temperature checks, intensive cleaning of the rooms, no or low interaction with housekeeping during the stay, downtime between two stays in one room, distanced seating in lobby and restaurants, and others”, he added.
