The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal’s colourful Asian restaurant, Li Jiang, has launched all new multi-faceted Sunday evening brunch. Entitled ‘Flavors of Li Jang’, the brunch is inspired by the sights and sounds of South and East Asia.

With its vibrant décor and modern finishing, Li Jiang is the perfect destination to undertake a culinary journey as Chef Pham has curated the sumptuous menu. The newly launched evening brunch draws inspiration from across the Asian peninsula, with signature dishes and classic flavours from Thailand, Japan, Korea, Malaysia and China combining to create an immersive and transcendent dining experience.

The venue plays host to an open kitchen and a dining area offering magnificent views of Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. Food gourmands can savor traditional assorted dim sums including Chicken Sui Mai, Har Gow, Duck Gyoza and vegetable dim sum. In addition to this unlimited Asian barbeque classics such as Korean Beef, Japanese Yakitori, Malaysian Salmon and Vietnamese Spicy Duck are part of the evening. The package also offers desserts including Mango Soup and a selection of sorbets. The new ‘Flavors of Li Jiang’ showcases the restaurant’s most revered dishes, all of which celebrate traditional eastern cooking techniques, fine ingredients and contemporary flavours.
