This New Year’s Eve, Twine is pulling out all the stops to give diners the culinary adventure of their dreams. The restaurant’s talented chefs have curated a five-course set menu bursting with a myriad of taste sensations just for the occasion, starting with the Zaatar Marinated Scallops, made with grilled scallop, beef chorizo, and crushed minted green peas. Followed by your choice of Red Pepper Crusted Grass Fed Veal Carpaccio, topped with avocado, rocket leaves, pomegranate, parmesan cheese, pine nut, and lemon comfit, or Braised Duck and Duck Liver Ravioli with duck bone reduction, fontina cheese, and crispy duck skin. 

Catered to please every discerning palate, this lavish menu boasts two options for the main course, including Charcoal Grilled Wagyu Beef Tenderloin, combined with celeriac and sweet pear gratin, green asparagus, baby carrot, and morel jus, and Seared Seabass Fillet, comprising dill marinated seabass fillet, green risotto, glazed broccolini, semi-dried cherry tomatoes, and beurre blanc foam. Those with a sweet tooth can enjoy both Sorbet, a concoction of strawberry, wild honey, lime-ginger, and champagne foam, and a Dark Chocolate Mille-feuille, a blend of White chocolate parfait, milk chocolate ice bonbon, hazelnut anglaise, and fresh berries.
