Chef Hadrien’s Festive Suggestions
Throughout December, guests can indulge in a culinary journey with our A La Carte and Festive Suggestions menu options — no set menus, only the freedom to choose and savor a la carte favourites, along with Chef Hadrien’s suggestions, including Foie Gras Tatin Pie as a starter, and Guinea Fowl as a main course. For dessert, guests can opt for Christmas Black Forest Ball with Cherry Sorbet and Chocolate sponge, or for a Mont Blanc Pavlova with Candied Chestnuts.
New Year’s Eve at Chez Wam
On the last day of the year, the festivities kick off without a minimum spend requirement for the first seating from 6pm to 8pm. Guests have the option to indulge on their usual Chez Wam favourites, or opt for dishes from the Festive Suggestions menu. Children are allowed in the first seating.
As the night unfolds, the second seating starts from 8pm onwards. Experience the luxury of uninterrupted dining with a minimum spend of AED 1,000 per person, ensuring an elevated celebration that goes beyond the ordinary. Children above the age of 12 are welcome. For those seeking an exclusive experience, our semi-private sharing table option awaits, with a minimum spend of AED 10,000 for the night.
The Chef’s table is available for A La Carte reservations, providing a personalized and immersive dining experience for discerning guests. For a more casual atmosphere, the bar counter and Bar Terrace operate on a first-come, first-served basis, allowing you to unwind and enjoy the festive ambiance.
Guests can groove to live entertainment during their dining experience followed by a DJ spinning 80’s and 90’s classics from 10pm onwards, creating the perfect backdrop for an evening of celebration. The excitement continues outside with a stunning view of The Palm and a chance to witness Dubai’s epic firework show when the clock strikes midnight.
