Everybody’s favourite neighbourhood hangout, Cucina, is all set to rock taste buds at the 14th Italian Cuisine World Summit. It’s not just a summit; it’s a culinary rollercoaster and Cucina is here to steal the show!
This year’s summit, which marks its 10th anniversary in Dubai, promises an unparalleled dining experience and Cucina is proud to take centre stage during this culinary extravaganza.
The Italian Cuisine World Summit is the world’s longest-running event dedicated to promoting Italian cuisine, restaurants and the finest “Made in Italy” food and wine. At the heart of this year’s summit is a special collaboration between Cucina and the esteemed Master Guest Chef Maria Grazia Soncini, a Michelin Star Chef renowned for her expertise in pasta creations.
As a tribute to the culinary heritage of Italy, Cucina and Chef Maria Grazia Soncini will present an exclusive set menu made in collaboration with Cucina’s very own Head Chef, Emanuele Rizzo that will be available for dinner on the 8th, 9th, and 10th of November.
Guests can expect the best from the exclusive menu. To start, enjoy top-quality antipasti like the lip-smacking Vitello Tonnato e Insalata Russa Piemontese and the heavenly Mazzancolle Con Panzanella e Crema di Burrata. And that’s just the start! For pasta lovers, Cucina will be serving up handmade Cappellacci Alla Zucca and the tantalizing handmade Tagliolini Alle Cozze e Bottarga.
For the main event, Cucina will be serving Pan-seared Langoustine, Mazzancolle Prawns and the mouth-watering Breaded Veal chop known as Cotolette Alla Petroniana. Wrapping up this epic food journey, guests can choose between the indulgent Torta Tenerina al Cioccolato e Crema or the refreshing Pomegranate Sorbet.
The exclusive set menu is priced at only AED 625 for two, allowing guests to savour the finest Italian cuisine in a one-of-a-kind culinary experience. In addition to the set menu, individual dishes from this exclusive collaboration will also be available for order.
