To ensure your Valentine’s celebration is truly unforgettable, the vibrant restaurant invites guests to indulge in its all-new ‘Taste of Love’ menu and a specially curated cocktail, available exclusively from February 10^th to 16^th. After, diners are invited for a night of revelry at the restaurant’s underground cocktail bar and lounge with eclectic cocktails and a live DJ spinning tracks, perfect for groups and singles.

Set within the bustling DIFC, ALAYA provides a hidden oasis that blends the warmth of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean traditions with modern elegance. This season, guests will be greeted by a romantic floral arch adorned with cascading red roses and fairy lights, offering the perfect Instagrammable moment to capture with someone special. Choose to soak up the lively ambience indoors, settle into the chic Saraya Terrace with its plush décor or enjoy the intimate Azhar Terrace surrounded by lush greenery.

To begin the culinary journey, guests can savour the Marrow Beef Tartare, a rich combination of Wagyu tartare, bone marrow, and mustard dressing, elevated with fresh truffle for a decadent twist. Alternatively, the Red Prawns Tartare offers a vibrant Valentine’s Day touch with its ruby hues, perfectly complemented by potato, capers, and a zesty citrone dressing.

As the evening progresses, indulge in the luxurious King Crab Ravioli, with delicate homemade pasta enveloped in a decadent saffron butter sauce. For a Mediterranean-inspired main, the Lobster Spetsiota delights with freshly cooked lobster served in a rich, fragrant tomato sauce.
