Dubai Food Festival collaborative Top Chef Dinners May 9/10th | Krasota Dubai x Moonrise
Food enthusiasts are in for a treat as Moonrise joins KRASOTA DUBAI to bring two unique dining experiences to the city this Dubai Food Festival. The two master chefs, Solemann Haddad from Moonrise and Vladimir Mukhin from KRASOTA DUBAI, will collaborate on a pair of 4-hand degustation dinners, with one taking place at each of their respective venues. The duo of degustations are set to take place during Dubai Food Festival on May 9th at Moonrise (1600 dhs – food only) and May 10th at Krasota (1830 dhs – 8-course menu with two cocktails).
Guests can expect special menus unique to each venue that showcase signature dishes and new creations from both chefs, embracing the crossover of cultures at Moonrise and with an immersive multisensory show celebrating renowned artworks at KRASOTA DUBAI.

Solemann Haddad, executive chef at Moonrise, is known for his innovative interpretation of the flavours of the region, bringing together the city’s melting pot of cultures and flavours to create what he calls ‘Dubai Cuisine’. Dubai-born and raised Chef Haddad has earned Moonrise a Michelin star, with the homegrown venue ranked #4 on Middle East and North Africa’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2024.
Chef Vladimir Mukhin, awarded four toques by Gault & Millau in 2017, shines as the culinary mastermind behind KRASOTA Dubai. His renowned restaurant, White Rabbit, clinched the 13th spot in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants list in 2019. Holding Michelin-starred status in Moscow, Mukhin’s exceptional talent further earned him the 9th position in the Best Chef Awards in 2021.
