FESTIVE SET MENU
Eugène Eugène’s 3-course set menu brings the best of French holiday cuisine to Dubai, offering guests a culinary journey filled with classic flavors and refined seasonal ingredients. This special menu features options such as roasted Coquilles Saint-Jacques paired with a carrot purée and beurre blanc, as well as a comforting Soupe à l’Oignon enhanced with chestnuts and melted raclette. Among the main courses, guests can savor an indulgent confit duck leg, while dessert offers a choice between the iconic Bûche de Noël and a delicate Mont Blanc.
