FOSTER + PARTNERS LEASES 48,000 SQ FT OFFICES AT BATTERSEA POWER STATION’S 50 ELECTRIC BOULEVARD

One of the world’s leading architectural firms has leased three floors at 50 Electric Boulevard, a 200,000 sq ft workspace designed by the practice at Battersea Power Station.
The new 48,000 sq ft office will help support Foster + Partners’ international growth and is in close proximity to the firm’s existing London HQ in Battersea, where it has been based since 1990.
Foster + Partners is one of the lead architects to work on the Battersea Power Station regeneration scheme, having designed three major elements of the riverside neighbourhood.
Foster + Partners will join SharkNinja and TEAM LEWIS at 50 Electric Boulevard, the new sustainable workspace in the heart of Battersea Power Station’s vibrant neighbourhood, which is home to over 150 shops, bars, restaurants, leisure venues and extensive public realm.
