Continuing this year’s exciting roster of culinary events and collaborations, the Dubai MICHELIN Guide’s Mimi Kakushi welcomes Ago Perrone of London’s multi award-winning Connaught Bar to celebrate World Martini Day.

Taking place for one night only, on Saturday June 17, the bar team at Mimi Kakushi will unite with Ago Perrone, one of the world’s most awarded beverage experts and the recipient of ‘Industry Icon’ award at the World’s 50 Best Bars 2022, for a world-class collaboration featuring signature martini cocktails with The Botanist Gin. Beverage enthusiasts can order from the specially curated menu as Ago Perrone and the Mimi Kakushi team headed by Manja Stankovic flaunt their skills and create a variety of tailor-made, exclusive drinks.

Guests can enjoy the exclusive, signature martinis at Mimi Kakushi’s chic bar, in the stylish lounge area, or the elegant dining space alongside Mimi Kakushi’s celebrated cuisine blending classic Japanese dishes with contemporary twists.

Having amassed many the world’s most sought-after accolades, Ago Perrone is considered to have rewritten the rulebook on hotel bars. Undoubtedly one of the most prominent figures on the global mixology scene, Ago’s unique approach to hospitality and mixology has established consistent international acclaim for him, and at London’s multi-awarded Connaught Bar, which he has led since the 2008 opening. Ago Perrone X Mimi Kakushi will take place on Saturday, June 17 from 8pm to 10.30pm. Signature martinis are priced from AED 50.
