Yannick Alléno’s Pavyllon London at Four Seasons Hotel London

Restaurant honoured in the Michelin Guide Great Britain & Ireland 2024

Pavyllon London,  the debut London restaurant from multi-Michelin-starred Chef Yannick Alléno set within Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane, has been awarded its first Michelin star in the 2024 Great Britain & Ireland Guide just six months after opening. Head Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell picked up the accolade for Chef Yannick at the Michelin Great Britain & Ireland Guide Ceremony 2024 held in Manchester this evening (February 5, 2024). 

Chef Yannick Alléno holds 16?Michelin stars across his 17 international restaurants – making him the world’s second-most decorated living Michelin-starred chef. Famed for modernising the foundations of French cuisine, Pavyllon London is Chef Yannick’s British expression of modern French dining. 

Michelin commended Pavyllon for its “unique style” praising Head Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell for “cooking Yannick’s food with great skill, adeptly balancing the classic and the modern.” The restaurant is one of 18 new one-star restaurants – 10 of them in London. 

 

In recognition of the Michelin star, Pavyllon London is offering a complimentary glass of bubbly for every guest until Sunday, February 11, 2024 when dining from any of its set menus.? Enjoy with the GBP 55 lunch menu served in under an hour, or opt for the Immersive Mayfair Menu, available lunch and dinner at GBP 85 for four courses, featuring highlights such as the Steamed Comte Cheese Souffle and Roasted Duck Magret.

The Pavyllon London team?comprises of world-class culinary professionals, led by Head Chef Benjamin Ferra Y Castell, Head Sommelier Baptiste Beaumard, Head Mixologist Michele Lombardi, Head Pastry Chef Gwenael Girard, Restaurant Manager Romain Mervelay, and Executive Chef Paul Soczowka. Each team member brings a wealth of expertise, innovative ideas, and a shared passion for their craft. 

Since opening the restaurant in July 2023, Chef Yannick and his kitchen brigade have drawn inspiration from seasonal British produce and global gastronomic traditions, creating an interactive and refined neighbourhood dining experience with highly crafted, innovative yet unpretentious plates, created from a live open kitchen centred around expansive counter-top seating. Alongside the restaurant, there’s an elegant private dining room and expansive al fresco terrace as well as Bar Antoine – the vibrant epicentre of the Pavyllon London experience – a beautiful tribute to the joyful spirit of Chef Yannick’s late son, Antoine. 

Renowned designer Chahan Minassian created Pavyllon London’s interior, merging the chic conviviality of a Parisian residence with the familiarity of a British club. 

 

Chef Yannick’s global portfolio includes restaurants in France, Monaco, Italy, Dubai, and Qatar. ?Chef Yannick’s three restaurants in the Pavillon Ledoyen in Paris hold six stars – three at Alléno Paris, two at L’Abysse and one at Pavyllon – making the most star-rated independent establishment in the world.
